The canvas printing process involves transforming digital images into high-quality prints on canvas material. Here’s an overview of the key steps:
Image Selection & Preparation: It begins with selecting a high-resolution image. The image is then checked for color, brightness, and clarity to ensure it looks its best when printed at the desired size.
Printing on Canvas: The prepared image is printed onto canvas using specialized inkjet printers. These printers use fade-resistant, UV-protected inks to ensure the colors remain vibrant over time. The canvas material is typically made from cotton or a cotton-polyester blend, providing a textured surface that adds depth to the print.
Stretching & Mounting: After the canvas has dried, it is carefully stretched over a wooden frame (called stretcher bars) to create a taut, flat surface. The canvas is stapled or fastened to the back of the frame to secure it in place. The canvas is then ready to hang as a perfect piece of wallart.
